Everyone preparing for Earl. All the boats are off the dock in Frenchtown. Shutters are going up, sounds of hammers securing plywood over windows and of course hurricane parties :-)

FOR THOSE LOCATED IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS...EMERGENCY SHELTERS WILL BE OPEN ON OR BEFORE 10 AM AST MONDAY MORNING...AND ALL SCHOOLS HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR THE DAY. HOWEVER...TEACHERS ARE EXPECTED TO REPORT TO THEIR SCHOOLS TO AID IN SECURING THE BUILDINGS. IN ADDITION...GOVERNMENT OFFICES ARE EXPECTED TO CLOSE ON OR BEFORE NOON AST MONDAY.
